I will be speaking at this year's SQLSatPensacola – I am honored and excited to have been selected to join a list of great speakers! There is still room – register now!
I will be presenting a session titled “Tuning SQL Server for SharePoint”. I will be covering best practices for a SQL Server when it is used for SharePoint, as well as doing a live SharePoint Server 2016 install.
Join us for #SQLSatPensacola on June 4th, 2016!

[UPDATE]
SQL Saturday returned this year to Pensacola after a four-year absence. The main director, Karla Landrum, did an outstanding job organizing the event!
We kicked off the weekend with a great dinner and it was good to catch-up with friends from around the country.

There were some really high-quality sessions during the event and I really enjoyed Brandon Leach's session Data Pages, Allocation Units, IAM chains… Oh My!
My session was a lot of fun – even the SharePoint 2016 installation demo finished before my time ended. As an added bonus, I enticed a few people to register for Twitter! Remember folks, use the hashtag #SPHelp to ask your SharePoint questions on Twitter!
Thank you Karla and everyone who attended my session for a fantastic event!
